We just received an awesome food masher as a birthday gift. When we were given the present we felt it was really awesome, it felt as though our friends had invested a large amount of cash on the gift as it was present in a nice charcoal box. The fruit ricer was very high quality, made from high grade 18/8 stainless steel. The vegetable ricer does what you expect a vegetable ricer will, it made delicious no lump mash. We really recommend the Kuche Chef potato ricer, it is really well made, it is difficult to fault. Our friends told us they purchased it on Amazon if you want to buy it. Since we got it we have used it to make mashed potato, a delicious carrot mash recipe that the Kuche Chef team gave us as well as berry sauce. All the dishes turned out great, it would be difficult to stuff up a recipe as you put the potato in the ricing cup and then close the handles together, too easy!.
