I am a passionate runner and marathoner and I use this belt as a running belt. I run at least 45 miles each week. When I need to take along a gel pack and other valuables and am going for dusk or nighttime, I found this belt to be good for long runs. It has 2 strips of LED blue lights that can be switched on in 3 various modes of blinking or non-blinking. If you are running in the dark near streets, this is an excellent belt to wear. I likewise truly like the reflective strips that it has all the way around the belt so cars can see you even if its not the side of the belt that has the lights. The contents pack is large and fits many products. I usually bring my phone and house keys but likewise bring some gels if Im going far..
