You may recall the launch of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus a while back. I certainly did. I was gutted I couldnt buy a new one straight away due to my contract and sat back to watch the normal Apple launch mayhem take hold whilst I wasnt invited to the party Anyhow just weeks passed before the long-awaited sequel to the old iPhone 4 Antennagate saga unfolded. Remember that antenna thing? The entire just avoid holding it that way thing with the iPhone 4? Hilariously exaggerated in my view. However the press went nuts and rivals milked it. This time it was the turn of Bendgate. Seriously, a few random people said that their phone was bent out of shape simply by being in their pockets Then some vloggers choose to test this and a viral video explodes with them actually destroying it I still didnt believe it and went in for the upgrade 2 months later to the iPhone 6 Plus. I was actually so convinced this was hyped and that the guy in the video had slammed into the phone pretty hard to get it to bend that I did not treat the phone differently to any other phone. I did not try to be careful as it was fragile nor did I attempt to test any sort of limit. I forgot entirely. How wrong I was About 3 weeks after I bought it I it had actually begun to bend out of shape. I put the phone in my front pocket and sometimes sit on the train and bus with it in there and simply from that, exactly as a few of the stories I heard, it was going out of shape. I have never actually felt the need for one in the past but definitely had a reason this time around. I scanned Amazon, where I usually buy most things actually as its very simple to return anything if theres a problem, and came across the Boom "Shock-2 iPhone 6 Plus Case. My main aim was to get something rugged to keep this thing from bending but the case was really pretty cool all round and I was really pleased when it showed up. It makes a good grip of the iPhone 6 Plus not a problem at all but even better it has a built in stand on the back I use this a lot now for both FaceTime and for enjoying movies. Actually at work I keep it on the stand to the left of my desktop like a separate mini screen Really handy. If you have an iPhone 6 or an IPhone 6 Plus take it from me that it deserves buying a case and this Boom Shock-2 is highly recommended. Not just for protecting from a drop or a bash but to stop this thing from getting out of shape I got a blue one however there is also red, black and white. I have included the link below.
