My phone, little wallet, tissues, keys on a little ring on hook all fit. Didnt move while riding. I didnt use the hole for earphones but it was great. The belt is very light. It slid up a little but was not uncomfortable. The only unfavorable is the belt was a bit extended, Im hoping it doesnt remain that way otherwise itll be too loose and will not work like it should. I like the tight fit. I would suggest this to runners, bicyclist, or anybody that needs to keep there hands complimentary while working out..
