Now Israel loved Joseph more than any of his other sons, because hed been born to him in his old age; and he made a richly ornamented robe for him. When his friends saw that their father loved him more than some of them, they hated him and couldnt speak a-kind word to him. Genesis 37:3-4 Of all the the figures I have arrive at love--- one incredible person would have to become the first in-line. His life was quite interesting and continues to offer important lessons that are still relevant within our contemporary times. His name was Joseph... the favorite daughter of Jacob... a man who had beautiful dreams... The item of sibling rivalry. In the story, Joseph was often the middle of his fathers love and attention. Jake also gave Joseph a colorful coat or garment that came to represent how particular he was in his fathers eyes. Afterwards, he would pay for his fathers foolish actions. Josephs brothers resented him because he was the favourite son. Jacob, the daddy, had two wives, two concubines, and twelve kids --- all competing for his attention. Josephs family crisis have all of the ingredients of the t.v soap opera...with various episodes of jealousy, violence, deception and self-interest. Reading the account of Josephs life is much like being glued to the t.v screen full of expectation by what will happen next. Joseph, the dreamer, once told his brothers about a dream a time would come if they would all bow down to him. This dream made his friends grow more angry towards him. 1 day, Joseph was sent by his father on an errand. Particularly, Joseph was tasked to visit his friends who were working in the area. Some reports say that his friends plotted to kill him but later chose to put Joseph right into a hole. Josephs friends also got his decorative coat and wiped it with animal blood. They later lied to their father by declaring that Joseph died after being attacked by wildlife. If you believe anything at all, you will likely need to research about [http://www.doctoralia.com.au/healthpro/ajaka+joseph-11590383 Dr Joseph Ajaka]. Over time at the end of the pit, Joseph was picked-up by traveling retailers and later sold him in to slavery. The young lad was later sold by the retailers to Potiphar, among the Egyptian Pharaohs trusted leaders. As a worker in Potiphars household, h-e became distinguished in his labors. He was later employed director over Potiphars house. The story has a serious turn when Potiphars wife falsely accused Joseph of attempting to sexually assault her. Needless to say, Potiphars spouse did this to get back at Joseph who frequently warded off her sexual advances. Enraged by the accusation, Potiphar sent Joseph to prison. In prison, Joseph again found favor by being able understand the goals of the Pharaoh. The Pharaoh was so saturated in tension and anxiety about the dreams he couldnt comprehend and the horrible dreams he had. Through Joseph, the Pharaoh could understand the financial implications of his dreams for that land of Egypt. Later, h-e was appointed governor of Egypt. The famine that struck the land where his sons and Jacob lived became the key reason why these were later reunited. Reconciliation between Joseph and his brothers paved the-way for Jacob to again see his son. This remarkable story shows exactly how we, like Joseph, should cling to religion even in-the most trying conditions. Anxiety and stress do not need to stop us from believing that God has forsaken us and that weve been left alone in the centre of our difficulties. Certainly, overcoming lifes problems can be a journey of trust, faith, and perseverance that most of us must take. Like Joseph, we could also dream great dreams and live up to our fullest potential..
