Though some people were going-out to dinner or the most recent video, Susan and I finished dinner and settled in to a game of Scrabble Friday night. Yes, I said crazy because when we play Scrabble, it is an intense challenge attempting to beat Susan as of this game. She is great. When I was a young child and performed Scrabble, I always felt that my vocabulary and spelling skills were good results to winning, and usually did get a great deal of time. However, Susan has shown me that it is not only how many letters that you use, it is how you use the letters. As it happens that I played the game and Susan represents the strategy. We know what must be achieved and because of our childhood and being trained a member of staff attitude since we were children, we head to work in our business as employees rather than entrepreneurs. It is the strategy in the way that we work that makes the difference. We can be employees within our business or we can create jobs for employees in our business. The decision is ours. Whenever we are considering our company from day to day its simple to get lost in the details of our daily tasks. We become overwhelmed with the moment particulars, trying to play every one of the jobs that are expected to keep the business going over the course of our vision of what its said to be. We believe it is difficult to see how we can trust others to satisfy those tasks and do the job just like we may possibly. It is hard to release. The facts are that as we continue to keep onto our task weight, we defeat the purpose of experiencing a company in the very first place. To work less and earn much more. Thus we find ourselves frustrated, burnt-out and just plain tired of all of the garbage that switches into running the company. Many people at the purpose of frustration just quit and get back to the planet to be a worker. Somewhat that take the actions that might eventually make the company work, we breakdown and stop trying, thinking that its impossible and that we cannot change. I lately read a book called The E Myth Revisited. I-t discusses business and how-to change the thinking from being an employee to becoming an entrepreneur.
