The pillow is so, so soft and comfortable and offers such excellent support, it must be the most comfortable travel pillow I have ever had. The sleep mask has a silk-soft padded inside that has some kind of soothing effect around your eyes that makes you want to fall asleep. It's really strange, as every time I wear it, I feel like sleeping no matter where I am. The earplugs helped block out the noise of the plane engines as well as the noisy passengers, this was a huge benefit. For anyone reading this, I recommend the set for you if you get restless like myself on international flights. It really has been a god send. The company offers excellent customer service and actually provides you with a direct contact card asking you to get in touch with them if you have any inquiries. I was amazed by this, especially with how poor customer service can be today. Overall the set gets a huge thumbs up from me. I have recommended it to my parents as well as friends who have bought it from Amazon. I can't wait to hear what they have to say when they go on their holidays..
