Monster.com may be the head in job advertising as everybody knows. They provide a path for millions to post and read resumes. However theres a problem with these large work looking organizations. That is that once you are trying to find a job in a certain place the initial 1-0 or so jobs listed are national job listings. They have no importance to you and waste your own time being there.
