− | + | If you are a passionate gardener like I am, then knowing that February is the shortest month of the year doesn't make it seem like anything but the longest one. By halfway through the month, I have seen enough snow and I'm tired of layering up against those frigid temperatures. And, after a winter like we've just had, even March is not looking much better. One helpful use that I find for this time however is to prepare my list of needed supplies for the approaching gardening season. This year, I am already happy to have found something I haven't seen in awhile - good quality leather garden gloves for dealing with pickers and thorns. These gloves are by Fir Tree, and they really have it all. For a different perspective, please consider glancing at [http://www.amazon.com/Gardening-Fir-Goatskin-Gauntlet-Sleeves/dp/B00STUNYZQ Keep reading about this Goatskin Gloves product]. They have super long sleeves made of suede which protect my arms right to my elbows. The rest of the glove is soft goatskin which I prefer over any synthetic fabric I've ever used because it just does a better job of keeping my hands safe from the pickers. I can't wait to try them out in my rose garden. If you are like me and you want to be set to go when gardening weather finally arrives, then check these gloves out. If you click on the link below, it'll take you right to Amazon where they are on sale at a great price - check them out Oh, and here's to the end of snow shoveling. |
