I knew that I could send back the pans with no hassle if they were not suitable. No worries here. The test results were a pleasant surprise. The test cake was easy to make. No grease was needed and I was not so sure about that, but I needn't have worried. I followed the directions and presto the cake just came out after I let it cool some in the pan. For the shower, I made two cakes, one with pink icing, the other white. But I can see how each cake could have been a different flavor. One could also have be gluten-free and the other standard cake. It was very hard to choose how to use them. You can even make a dessert or salad in them. This pan can also be used for a birthday cake for a toddler...wow How wonderful is that? I gave the pans to the mother-to-be as a gift..
